When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of the month.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
There are two ways to submit a maintenance request:
1. Through your tenant portal.
2. Contacting your property manager.

How can I contact my property manager?

It is after hours/a holiday and I am having a maintenance issue. What constitutes a maintenance emergency?
No water
Flooding water
No hot water
No heat at all
No electricity
The only toilet in the apartment is inoperable. (If you have a second toilet in the apartment, please call the office on the next business day).

How do I pay rent online?
If you do not already have an account number, please contact the office and we will provide you with detailed instructions for how to setup your online access account. If you already have an account number, you can log in at https://jpm.twa.rentmanager.com/

Can I smoke/vape on property?
There is no smoking or vaping on any of our properties.

Where is your management company located?
JPM is a Portland based company managing properties in the Portland Metro, Albany, Corvallis, Salem, and Keizer areas.  

When can I expect to receive my security deposit back?
JPM has 31 days from the date that keys are returned to management to send out your security deposit along with a transaction list.
